Sales Development Representative

We are looking to hire our next All Star closer and continue to build a culture of promoting from within. The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will be responsible for generating, nurturing and qualifying sales leads through engagement and meaningful conversations. This is a highly visible, collaborative position working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.  If you’re eager, competitive, ambitious, energetic, dedicated, positive, and have a solid work ethic, we’d like to meet you.



  • Develop qualified prospects for our sales process through cold outreach.
  • Conduct research (social, online, network) to help identify the right contacts and accounts to pursue
  • Effectively communicate (speak, listen, email) with potential customers
  • Regularly achieve or exceed set targets for qualified opportunity generation monthly
  • Manage and log activity in daily


Abilities and Knowledge: Great phone demeanor and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly. Must be familiar with the selling subscription-based software and somewhat technology savvy. Other qualifications include:

  • Experience selling technology and/or software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a start-up environment
  • Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals
  • A true team player


Education and Experience

  •    High School Degree or similar experience



  • Prior experience working in sales or customer service.


  • SaaS sales experience
  • Experience working with marketing automation software
  • Administrative sales experience
